We are seeking a passionate Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Orgoshops International Pvt Ltd. This mid-level position is based in Chennai and offers flexible working options including Freelance, Full-Time, Remote, and Hybrid employment. The ideal candidate will excel in phone-based sales, contributing significantly to our growth and customer outreach efforts.
We are looking for a proactive Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in Tamil & English to handle customer and seller support via phone calls and live communication. The role ensures customer satisfaction, seller retention, logistics coordination, and sales support .
- Handle inbound calls for order queries, refunds, and delivery updates.
- Make outbound calls for delayed deliveries, complaint resolutions, and post-delivery confirmations.
- Collect customer feedback & testimonials through phone.
- Escalate unresolved cases to management.
- Follow up with cart abandoners and assist in completing purchases.
- Call leads from campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, and sign-ups.
- Promote festival offers, combo packs, and upsell opportunities.
- Support marketing by verifying influencers/partners via calls.
- Onboard new sellers via phone guidance (registration, listing process).
- Call sellers for stock updates , payouts, and campaign participation.
- Convince inactive sellers to re-list products on Orgoshops.
- Provide sellers updates on festival promotions.
