Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Orgoshops International Pvt Ltd. This mid-level position is based in Chennai and offers flexible working options including Freelance, Full-Time, Remote, and Hybrid employment. The ideal candidate will excel in phone-based sales, contributing significantly to our growth and customer outreach efforts.


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in Tamil & English to handle customer and seller support via phone calls and live communication. The role ensures customer satisfaction, seller retention, logistics coordination, and sales support .


Key Responsibilities


1. Customer Support (Buyers)
  • Handle inbound calls for order queries, refunds, and delivery updates.
  • Make outbound calls for delayed deliveries, complaint resolutions, and post-delivery confirmations.
  • Collect customer feedback & testimonials through phone.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to management.


2. Sales & Marketing Support
  • Follow up with cart abandoners and assist in completing purchases.
  • Call leads from campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, and sign-ups.
  • Promote festival offers, combo packs, and upsell opportunities.
  • Support marketing by verifying influencers/partners via calls.


3. Seller / Vendor Relations
  • Onboard new sellers via phone guidance (registration, listing process).
  • Call sellers for stock updates , payouts, and campaign participation.
  • Convince inactive sellers to re-list products on Orgoshops.
  • Provide sellers updates on festival promotions.


4. Logistics & Operations
  • Call courier partners for delivery delays, pickups, and RTO (Return to Origin) issues.
  • Confirm customer addresses for delivery reattempts.
  • Report major logistics issues to operations team.
