**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor patients' conditions and progress, identifying any changes or potential complications.
- Provide patient education regarding their conditions, medications, and preventive care measures.
- Treatment and Procedures
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers in various medical procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries.
- Prepare and maintain necessary equipment and instruments for treatments and procedures.
- Ensure aseptic techniques and infection control protocols are followed during all procedures.
- Documentation and Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Record all medications administered, dosages, and any adverse reactions.
- Prepare and update patient charts and ensure all records are kept confidential and secure.
- Triage and Emergency Response
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing immediate care to those with urgent medical conditions.
- Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations, stabilizing patients until further medical assistance arrives.
- Follow established emergency protocols and collaborate with other healthcare professionals during critical situations.
- Administrative Duties
- Schedule patient appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain the clinic's daily operations.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient registration efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities when necessary.
- Health Promotion and Education
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and health promotion programs to encourage preventive care.
- Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease management, and self-care practices.
- Infection Control and Safety
- Ensure the clinic's compliance with infection control measures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and adherence to best practices in patient care and documentation.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other clinic software is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development programs.
