About the role


The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.

We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to manage outsourcing oversight in India. You’ll be the key point of contact for our primary service provider and local vendors, ensuring all contracts, SLAs, and governance meet Indian regulatory requirements.

This is a unique opportunity to build the outsourcing framework from the ground up in one of our fastest-growing regions.

What you'll be doing


  • Owning and implementing the third-party risk management policy and operating model for Revolut in India
  • Managing outsourcing relationships, ensuring compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and Indian regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor monitoring for both intra-group and external providers
  • Monitoring SLAs, downtime, subcontracting, patch management, and remediation plans to ensure service quality and operational resilience
  • Collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Operations to prepare audit-ready documentation, ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory obligations on outsourcing, capital adequacy, and operational resilience
  • Providing guidance to staff on third-party risk management procedures and their ongoing accountability
  • Preparing regular reports for senior management on outsourcing risks, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Laying the foundation for a vendor management team in India as Revolut continues to scale


What you'll need


  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing oversight, or third-party risk management within financial services or fintech
  • Solid knowledge of RBI outsourcing regulations and how they apply to financial institutions
  • Experience developing service monitoring frameworks, due diligence processes, and risk assessments for outsourced arrangements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across local and global teams
  • Fluency in English

**Summarized Purpose:**
Acts as a liaison and support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies' lifecycle (i.e., receipt, storage & handling, shipment & delivery, return & and accountability, destruction coordination) for assigned studies.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Completes the day to day operations of managing the study drug, comparators, and ancillaries.
+ Coordinates with vendors and assists with vendor management manage vendors when clinical supplies services are required to be outsourced.
+ Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
+ Completes ongoing training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies and GxP activities.
+ Participates in and supports department project teams, including development clinical supply strategy.
+ Assists in the development and suggestion of improvements to update departmental SOPs.
+ May train or assist junior staff.
+ Asks for quotations to vendors and verify them against what was required by internal clients.
+ Interacts with other groups and departments to get approvals and revisions over budgets.
+ Follows the Global procedures and internal agreement to place a Purchase Order.
+ Participates in the GCS mini team meetings, providing insight about vendors processes and procedures, costs, timeline, requirements and deliverable.
+ Connect and manage the vendors selected for services.
+ Keeps control and oversight on the POs and services performed by vendors, following up on distribution plan, SIV dates, right products to be delivered.
+ Provides monthly metrics of the studies allocated to the assigned person.
+ Provides constant feedback about room for improvements to the line manager.
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years).
+ In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate on the development and execution of the vendor strategy, sourcing, vendor selection, agreement and contracting for Cloud Engineering vendor requirements. This includes software dev, testing, UX etc.
+ Develop scalable cost optimal operating models and service capabilities.
+ Manage the overall relationship with the Engineering teams and collaborate with cross functional teams across Google to drive results.
+ Identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions and run operational initiatives across the globe to scale and transform services while measuring the business impact of those solutions in order to provide insights to senior leadership and inform further innovation.

Position Overview:


As an Executive in the Operations team at Hafla, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day event operations by co-ordinating with our planners, partners, and customers. This includes proactively reviewing event briefs given to partners before an event (to catch potential issues before they become an issue!) as well as real-time co-ordination across planners, partners, and customers to resolve issues as they arise. This is a full-time position, with five working days which could fall on weekends.


Role and Responsibilities


  • Oversee end-to-end event operations remotely from India, managing planning, logistics, and execution by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all event components.
  • Implement and uphold best practices in event management to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (event planning, operations, logistics, finance, and content) to align event execution with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvement areas by gathering feedback from customers, suppliers, and planners. Prepare reports and implement corrective measures to refine future event processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date event catalogs by liaising with suppliers and working with the content team to ensure product and service listings remain current.
  • Manage event-day escalations , addressing client concerns by coordinating with suppliers and planners. Implement proactive solutions such as arranging alternate products/services and offering appropriate compensation for service recovery.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities , with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment , maintaining composure and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , enabling seamless coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in event management or a related field.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi is required; proficiency in Arabic is a bonus.
