Key Role & Responsibilities

· Identify, evaluate, and select casting and forging suppliers, considering factors like quality, cost, lead time, and capacity.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers, including lead times and delivery schedules.

· Develop and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

· Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as negotiating better pricing, optimizing sourcing strategies, and leveraging volume discounts.

· Strong understanding of casting and forging processes and materials.

· Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers.

· Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· This role requires a deep understanding of Casting & Forging processes, materials, and market trends to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

· The candidate should have in depth knowledge of the casting market regionally and globally.

· With experience in purchasing casting & Forging Components, the candidate should be capable to perform techno-commercial analysis of casted / forged parts, tooling cost and methodologies to be used.

    Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities:
    Managing organizational sales by managing or carving a sales plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.
    Meeting or exceeding planned sales goals.
    Setting individual sales targets with the sales team & tracking them and reporting results as necessary.
    Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
    Coordinating with cross functional teams on lead generation. Identifying market gaps and taking appropriate action on the same.
    Developing your sales team through continuous training, motivation, counseling and product knowledge education & hiring of new sales associates, if necessary.
    Promoting the organization and products.
    Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
    Assess marketing potential of new and existing market locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
