**Key Responsibilities**
**_Global Paid Search Strategy Lead_**
+ Develop global Paid Search strategy for channels such as Google & Bing, aligning with broader marketing objectives and business goals
+ Oversee brand budget allocation and establish performance benchmarks for paid search channels
+ Own end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns, including media plan creation, campaign setup, daily checks, weekly reporting and optimizations
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics team to ensure accurate & clean data across platforms

+ Manage SKU campaigns on Google & Bing globally with a focus on efficiency and scalability
+ Oversee feed management for Google & Bing ensuring all data is accurate and grouped appropriately
+ Maintain the relationship with Products team and evaluate value annually
+ Create reporting around paid marketing funnels and leverage this to improve conversion rates
+ Support analytics alignment for all paid search channels
+ Continuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment
+ Execute supplier campaigns and optimize performance through close collaboration with Strategic Programs Team

Job Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, Bing, and other PPC platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution for campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and other paid search platforms
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns with a focus on performance, ROAS, and CAC efficiency
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance, deliver insightful reporting, and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead A/B testing efforts to enhance creative, copy, bidding, and landing page performance
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (analytics, programmatic, data science, sales, and tech) to align performance strategies
- Scale campaigns for international markets including UK, US, and other regions

Requirements and Skills
- 5-8+ years of experience in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Bing campaigns
- Strong experience in international PPC campaigns. Run and manage search campaigns in the - Europe, Asia, Middle East, North and South America markets.
- Strong leadership skills and management capability - i.e. Upskilling the team and setting the standard for what good looks like
- Storytelling and client facing presentation skills - Ensuring that we are able to not only do the doing, but also to lead by example, and create market leading strategic narratives to win, grow and retain business
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills with the ability to clearly communicate performance insights, strategies, and campaign outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of keyword strategy, audience targeting, pixel-based tracking, and conversion funnels
- Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and tag management
- Track record of building and scaling performance-driven media strategies
