Key duties may include:
Administering and coordinating legal support functions, including financial management, reporting, database administration, file and record management, logistical support, and workflow coordination
Arranging and administering supplementary legal resources, including personnel, to support legal services, events, and training
Applying legal knowledge to assist in formal legal and administrative processes, including those involving courts, tribunals, inquiries, and government administration
Drafting legal and administrative correspondence and documentation to support legal officers
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support legal service delivery
Facilitating participation in legal and administrative forums
Assessing and directing tasks in accordance with established practices and principles
Evaluating workflows and office practices to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
Conducting legal research to support legal officers
