Role - Head Partner Management (Acquisition & Management)
Role and Responsibilities:-
● Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy for Contractor/Subcontractors partnership
● Conducting research and analyses of effectiveness and processes of Onboarding Process
● Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy based on Demand & Supply Matrix
● Engagement activities planning to motivate Contractor & partners
● Assessing market trends and competitors to make the decision on Contractors/Subcontractors Payout Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
● Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects
● Monitoring and reporting on projects
● Supporting and guiding senior executives/Managers in decision-making processes
Requirements:
● Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
● 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting or strategic planning
● Must have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organizational and planning skills
● Project management skills
● Strong leadership and Negotiation skills

In this role, the Partner Management Executive will need manage a select set of Global System Integrator (GSI) partners for the India Business. This would further entail engaging with India and Global executives from the Partner organization and the DISW organization.
Responsibilities:

Enablement- Enable partners adoption to cloud with the siemens transition to cloud (SAAS, HSAAS) solutions of DISW & Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
Channel Programs and Market Development - Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives and measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
Conflict Management - Identify, resolve & challenges conflicts proactively internally and externally
Industry Data and Updates - Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
