This is your opportunity to join the Reinsurance Client Governance team of Swiss Re. The team acts as centralized facilitator for the global Reinsurance community and Group Functions in organizing, managing and maintaining core data and KYC information of Swiss Res clients.
This position is part of Partner Management Team under Reinsurance Client Governance team of L&H Business Excellence, will have responsibility to support the Client / Partner Data Management activities including data governance. Keeping constant focus on the partner data quality and identifying / executing activities to upkeep the data in the Partner data management tool of Swiss Re. The role involves analyzing and simplifying various risk control standards for Partner Data Management tasks, as well as ensuring that appropriate remedial action is taken.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to execute the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for global Reinsurance client partners.
- Managing the completeness and quality of client partner data in the CRM tool.
- Collaborate and communicate with global stakeholders from various business locations like APAC, EMEA and Americas on partner data requisites and maintenance.
- Perform checks and execute risk control standards for the partner data management process.
- Manage International Trade Control (ITC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk control mechanism in close collaboration with Compliance & Governance functions.
- Recommend, manage, and execute data improvements with business stakeholders and IT tool owners.
- Contribute to various reporting and data clean up initiatives.
About you :
The successful candidate should possess or be capable of developing relevant content knowledge and an understanding of managing, maintaining, and promoting CRM tools and data. A strong team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and experience in assessing and addressing business needs.

- Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or similar.
- 0 - 1 year experience as a Research Analyst; especially in Business research, KYC & Analysis.
