Job Description

This is your opportunity to join the Reinsurance Client Governance team of Swiss Re. The team acts as centralized facilitator for the global Reinsurance community and Group Functions in organizing, managing and maintaining core data and KYC information of Swiss Res clients.

This position is part of Partner Management Team under Reinsurance Client Governance team of L&H Business Excellence, will have responsibility to support the Client / Partner Data Management activities including data governance. Keeping constant focus on the partner data quality and identifying / executing activities to upkeep the data in the Partner data management tool of Swiss Re. The role involves analyzing and simplifying various risk control standards for Partner Data Management tasks, as well as ensuring that appropriate remedial action is taken.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to execute the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for global Reinsurance client partners.
  • Managing the completeness and quality of client partner data in the CRM tool.
  • Collaborate and communicate with global stakeholders from various business locations like APAC, EMEA and Americas on partner data requisites and maintenance.
  • Perform checks and execute risk control standards for the partner data management process.
  • Manage International Trade Control (ITC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk control mechanism in close collaboration with Compliance & Governance functions.
  • Recommend, manage, and execute data improvements with business stakeholders and IT tool owners.
  • Contribute to various reporting and data clean up initiatives.

About you  :

The successful candidate should possess or be capable of developing relevant content knowledge and an understanding of managing, maintaining, and promoting CRM tools and data. A strong team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and experience in assessing and addressing business needs.

Job requirements  :

  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or similar.
  • 0 - 1 year experience as a Research Analyst; especially in Business research, KYC & Analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time.
  • Should be able to work individually & in team across the department.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus.
  • Insurance Certification/ experience would be a plus.

About this Role

In this role, the Partner Management Executive will need manage a select set of Global System Integrator (GSI) partners for the India Business. This would further entail engaging with India and Global executives from the Partner organization and the DISW organization. 

Responsibilities:

Channel Programs and Market Development - Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives and measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue 

Conflict Management - Identify, resolve & challenges conflicts proactively internally and externally 

Industry Data and Updates - Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 12+ years in partner sales and development or alliance development in the software/technology industry. 
  • Experience in working with different kind of Partners in India – * GSI’s & Local Si’s (Most preferred), Distributors, Value Added Resellers & niche Industry partners among others. 
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams. 
  • Strong experience of collaborating with virtual teams across functions and geographies. 
  • Inclusive and collaborative – Ability to engage with the executives in partner organizations, driving teamwork and cross-team alignment and Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort. 
  • Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through 
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency

    The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing relationships with a couple of system integrators worldwide, aligning joint partner priorities, and facilitating outcomes related to relationship management, governance, sales, delivery, competency, and practice excellence. This role involves engagement with global partners and team members, with a focus on supporting business objectives for large organizations.
    + Manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators (SIs), including relationship ownership, governance, and business planning.
    + Drive partner-related sales and delivery initiatives to accelerate growth and customer success.
    + Identify new business opportunities and align go-to-market strategies with Pegasystems' objectives.
    + Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations.
    + Serve as a trusted advisor to SIs, offering insights on Pegasystems' products and best practices.
    + Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance SI capabilities.
    + Track partnership performance using KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous improvement.
    + Identify risks, improvement areas, and secure executive support for strategic initiatives.

    You are a seasoned Alliance Professional, committed to working with Partners in providing them with leadership on how Pega and Partner can jointly help change the way businesses engage with their customers. You should be passionate about making the world's leading organizations more effective in maximizing value to their customers. You are Alliance and Partnership professionals with experience of managing alliances with large system integrators or original equipment manufacturers, having CXO-level relationship management and consensus-building skills. Someone who owns outcome, has ability to blend short term goal with long term strategy, ability to comprehend "larger picture" of business, works in a matrix environment and knows how to get job done, a good communicator with sales and account management skills.
    **What You've Accomplished:**
    + Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
    + 17-22 years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, channels, sales, or marketing, with 5+ years in alliances and partner management.
    + Proven experience in managing partnerships with global SIs or OEMs in enterprise software or solutions.
    + Strong understanding of global business trends and technological advancements.
    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    + Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
