- 1. Identify and cultivate partnerships with ASP/TSP’s who are currently and potentially working with NPCI on its products and Services
- 2. Curate, modify and improve the value proposition of NPCI Partner program for the partners and stakeholders as per the market feedback and need
- 3. Carry out market research to understand market trends, requirements to as to provide accurate and timely market feedback
- 4. Make all efforts to make sure that the program has high market adoption, impact and success
- 5. Create and manage program P&L. Further suggest and build monetisation models to make NPCI Partner program profitable and commercially viable
- 6. Create and modify standard operating procedures to ensure effective processes are laid out clearly for all stakeholders
- 7. Enroll partners on the NPCI Partner program by closing commercials, completing documentation, compliance checks
- 8. Create framework and process to ensure the partner is responded on the queries w.r.t. product, certification, on boarding, network, etc. in a timely manner under the NPCI Partner program
- 9. Create and define success metrics for each partner engagement and at program level to ensure meaningful contribution to the market players
- 10. Closely and continuously monitor the engagement level and progress of each partner w.r.t NPCI Partner program
- 11. Work with cross functional teams - product, marketing, certification, risk, etc. to ensure continuous acquiring of domain knowledge for self and help with customer resolution.
- 12. Ability to build and evaluate data to present MIS, meaningful insights, and other reports as required by the organization and partners so as to improve the performance

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Responsible for maximising the sales, profitability & brand equity of the Emerging Markets organisation by planning and driving the Partner Program eCommerce merchandising strategy and execution in close collaboration with Partner Program team for the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the EM Merchandising strategy for the Partner Program channels
- Deliver financial targets including Net sales, Sell Through, standard margin
- Input and execute the end-to-end planning, buying guidance, range guidance, and GTM strategy for all categories with EM BU/CTC team direction
- Participate in the end-to-end category responsibility (including Open-To-Buy (OTB) plan pre-season product planning, option planning, range planning, forecasting, including handover to Demand Planning
- Participate in major go-to-market milestones to gain insight to key seasonal brand and BU strategies and initiatives, contributing financial plans for e-com outlook
- Collaborate with Planning and Partner program teams to develop annual channel sales, margin and receipt plans for annual budgeting process, intake ratios.
- Maximize new & in season business opportunities by understanding and executing on Partner Program channel potentials
- Constantly monitor platform developments in their category and cascade intelligence to the organisation across all EM clusters
- Interface with key stakeholders including Planning, Marketing, CX, and Digital Operations teams
- Share best practices among clusters, driving optimum OTB plans to balance growth opportunities with range efficiency
- Drive innovation across the function in terms of process automation and optimisation to improve availability across Partner Program channels
- Provide fact-based category input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders

- Strong analytical and communication skills

The Partner Program Manager – CSP (Cloud Service Provider) serves as the operational backbone of our partner co-sell and channel motion. This role is responsible for maintaining program structure, ensuring cross-team accountability, and driving execution across CSP initiatives. Acting as the central coordinator between internal stakeholders, Partner Managers, and CSP portals, the Program Manager ensures that program goals are met on time and with high quality.

- Manage program trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, QBR preparation).
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Task Stewards and Functional Owners to ensure seamless task execution.
Drive cross-team accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
CSP Platform & Partner Engagement
- Interface directly with Partner Center, ACE, OCP CRM, and other CSP portals.
- Manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks such as:
- PoP (Proof of Performance) uploads
- CRM updates and marketplace listing changes
- PRACR submissions and event re-enrollments
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Compile monthly reports and performance scorecards.
- Propose enhancements to co-sell tracking, MDF reporting, and operational workflows.
- Partner with Business Development and Sales Operations to identify growth opportunities (e.g., new listings, account coverage).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of program management, partner operations, or channel experience.
- Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems (Microsoft CSP/ACE/OCP CRM experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex trackers and deadlines.
