Overview of the Role:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the leadership, development and implementation of an
integrated human resource's function supporting specifically noted client groups within Zebra Technologies. Provides
guidance, insight, and approaches to align organizational talent and culture to drive organizational success. Drives

related discipline preferred. An advanced degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of broad-based HR generalist experience with ability to demonstrate a progressive
track record of increased responsibility moving through the various HR chairs during his/her career.
Experience working across multiple functions/divisions of an organization and having experience working
with all levels. Prefer experience with a company known for having contemporary, "best-in-class" practices.
International/global experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of how to drive growth and profitability through strategic human capital initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in various human resources functions: professional relations,
union avoidance, labor relations, compensation/salary planning, training, staffing/recruiting, organization
design & development, acquisition/integration leadership, labor and employment laws and regulations.
