Job description (Patent Prosecution):
- US/EP/IN patent prosecution for some of the marquee technology companies in the field of Electronics and Computer Science, with a special focus on Emerging Technologies (Electric Vehicles, AI, ML, Deep Tech, etc.)
- Analyze Office Actions and build a strategy
- Ensure smooth execution of simultaneous multiple project deliveries
- Carry out critical individual assignments as well as mentor junior team members
- Client interaction: Participate in client calls, discuss prosecution strategies, and assist and troubleshoot problems on-call with clients
Desired Skillset:
- Knowledge of USPTO, EPO, and Indian Patent Office guidelines and case laws
- Ability to quickly understand and grasp complex/cutting-edge technologies within hi-tech including VLSI, Semiconductor, Emerging Technology (EVs, AI, ML, blockchain, deeptech, etc.), Telecom (LTE/4G and beyond)
