4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
7. Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
8. Strong Excel implementation skills
9. Strong work ethic
**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per month
