Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Child Psychologist located in Bengaluru. The Child Psychologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of psychological issues in children. Day-to-day tasks include conducting psychological testing, providing therapy sessions, especially family therapy, and creating individualized treatment plans. The Child Psychologist will also work closely with parents, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for the child. Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed will be a core part of the role.

Job Objective
The Head – HSCP will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Child Protection (HSCP) frameworks across all schools under the group. The role is responsible for building a strong culture of safety, ensuring legal and statutory compliance, managing risk effectively, and embedding child protection principles at every level. The Head – HSCP will lead audits, drive training programs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure schools achieve the highest standards of safety and wellbeing.
Activities & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Policy Implementation
- Develop, review, and implement HSCP policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks across all schools.
- Ensure all schools achieve and retain Safe School Certification and meet statutory requirements.
- Establish strategic goals for safety, health, and child protection, aligned with the organization's vision.
- Provide leadership to school HSCP coordinators and ensure succession planning for HSCP leadership at each school.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Lead annual Health & Safety audits, ensuring a minimum 95% compliance score across schools.
- Oversee risk management framework, ensuring timely closure of Category A (30 days) and Category B (60 days) risks.
- Monitor and ensure 100% compliance in Background Verification (BGV) and Police Verification (PV) of staff and vendors.
- Ensure parent satisfaction with school safety measures, achieving 90%+ scores in Parent Audits.
Risk & Incident Management
- Drive a robust incident reporting and response mechanism, ensuring 100% reporting within 24 hours and analysis within 48 hours TAT.
- Establish Zero Tolerance for Corporal Punishment, monitoring adherence across schools.
- Ensure risk assessments are conducted for all school events and activities.
Training, Awareness & Capacity Building
- Design and deliver annual HSCP training calendar for all staff, ensuring 100% participation and pass rates.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and safety drives (minimum 3 per quarter) across the school community.
- Build capacity by providing 10+ hours of advanced training annually to HSCP team members and self.
- Ensure teacher and parent engagement programs are conducted to support student health, wellbeing, and child protection needs.
Student Health & Infirmary Oversight
- Establish systems for maintaining student health records, medical reports, and documentation at every school.
- Ensure 100% functioning and upkeep of infirmary facilities and equipment.
- Review compliance on health documentation, gate passes, and illness/accident records.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies to strengthen child safety and wellbeing.
- Ensure 100% communication of HSCP collaterals (alerts, newsletters, incident analyses, circulars) across digital and offline channels (apps, social media, PTMs, assemblies).
- Achieve a minimum of 95% satisfaction in HSCP surveys from parents, students, and staff.

Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry along with a strong

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, holistic psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents and their

- Provide psychopharmacological management and ongoing medication monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, school, communities and caregivers to ensure

Clinical skills and Experience:
- Essential:
- MBBS, MD (Psychiatry)
- Experience working in a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) unit for at least one
year.
Exposure to multidisciplinary team settings for at least one year.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi-NCR.
-Desirable:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience (Desirable experience: 2-5 years, post MD).
- Open to working in a neurodiversity-affirming and gender-inclusive clinical environment.
- Completed thesis or academic work in a CAP-related field (e.G., developmental disorders,
adolescent mental health).
- Certification in CAP-relevant clinical skills or interventions.
- Strong understanding of developmental, behavioural, and emotional disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in schools, NGOs, or community-based mental health initiatives.
- Familiarity with neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD, ASD, and learning disabilities.
- Training in trauma-informed care or systemic family work.
- Multilingual abilities will be an asset- English and Hindi fluency is desirable
