Proactive Child Development Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for developmental concerns in children. Our approach integrates a range of therapeutic interventions, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Autism Intervention, and Behavior Management. We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pediatrics  Physiotherapist to join our team in Faridabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing children with various developmental challenges and creating individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's physical developmental needs.
• Design and implement effective physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) , Sensory Integration Therapy , and Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training .
• Regularly monitor and evaluate a child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators) to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Actively involve and educate parents, providing them with guidance and support to reinforce therapeutic goals at home.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT ) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT ) is required.
• Proven experience in assessing and developing treatment plans for children.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient progress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both colleagues and parents.
• Knowledge of specialized paediatric therapies, including Neuro-Developmental Treatment , Sensory Integration Therapy , and Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training .
• A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-oriented approach to care.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Faridabad.
• Certification in Paediatric Physiotherapy is a significant advantage.

• Diagnosing and treating illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining patients' information and histories.
• Prescribing and administering treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care.
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients and family members.
• Monitoring patients' conditions and progress.
• Responsible to start treatment as soon as patient arrives in Emergency/Wards and keep follow up of day to day treatment of patients by the consultants.
• To provide medical treatment of critically ill patient in a shift duty" coverage.
• To be present at all relevant clinical rounds.
• To complete all the medical records of the patients.
• To maintain log book on daily basis and get it signed by consultants.
• To follow departmental guidelines relating to routine clinical duties in the ICU / Wards.
• To perform routine and emergency clinical procedures as indicated.
• To provide acute resuscitation for trauma and other emergencies when requested from Emergency and other hospital wards.
• To examine the patients, order investigations and prescribe treatment if necessary, and to update patient records.
• On call duty to be performed as per duty schedule and are expected to leave the hospital only after giving proper written handover to the doctor coming in next shift.
• Counselling and communication both Verbal & Written with patients to ensure patient satisfaction.
