Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Performance and Service Review Manager to join the Indirect Procurement and Legal team to drive adherence and adoption of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) standards within procurement and legal. Reporting directly into the function, this role partners closely with the ESM Service Excellence team to ensure consistent measurement, reporting and review of service health, performance trends and improvement actions.
The manager will facilitate governance forums, enable prioritization of new service demand requests, and oversee performance reporting and reviews for technology. The Functional Service Performance Manager is responsible for executing service performance measurement and service review activities within their assigned function, in alignment with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) standards.
This role requires strong procurement domain expertise, experience operating within formal governance and change management structures, and the ability to translate complex operational data into executive‑ready insights.
Duties
+ Develop and maintain function specific attributes and execute day-to-day operational activities
+ Adopt and apply enterprise service performance standards, including SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics to enable efficient and effective service delivery
+ Collect, validate, and maintain service performance data for functional services.
+ Prepare service performance dashboards, reports, and materials for recurring service reviews

+ Adopt and execute enterprise service catalog standards, templates, and data requirements defined by ESM.
+ Maintain the function's service catalog entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with agreed SLAs and service definitions.
+ Coordinate with Service Owners to gather and validate service information and updates.
+ Support automation efforts for email to ticket capabilities in Service Now and process mining pilot with Celonis
+ Coordinate and orchestrate change governance forums, ensuring timely review, prioritization, and documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes and preparation of materials to enable effective decision‑making.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 4-6 years of experience in service performance reporting, operational analytics, or service management support roles.

**In these roles you will be responsible for:**
+ Acting as a lead on data mining and reporting projects
+ Leading a team of data analysts
+ Maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting and reporting Healthcare Payer data
+ Continuously monitoring, identifying, and implementing the best practices, new tools, and methods in the field of metrics and reporting
+ Creating and implementing executive level reporting strategies
+ Aligning multiple organizations around difficult or complex solutions and issues in the field of metrics and reporting
+ Applying a broad knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments
+ Focusing on systems architecture for global development
+ Providing advanced research, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
+ Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports
+ Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
+ Locating and fixing errors in reports
+ Creating and delivering management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables
+ Leading large-scale projects
+ Leading others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department
+ Ensuring the highest level of support and communication is provided in an efficient and courteous manner to client, including active involvement in deliverable outputs (when necessary)
+ Maintaining professional and trusting client relationships
+ Effectively addressing critical client issues and escalations
+ Effectively collaborating with BPO Operations Leaders, NTT Leaders to meet/exceed deliverables
+ Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, client service levels and financial results
+ Providing direction to less experienced team members and/or cross-training
**Requirements for this role include:**
+ 7+ Years of experience in SQL with Data Analytics
+ 1 year experience of team management experience of minimum 3 to 4 reportees
+ 8+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
+ 8+ years of experience with data analysis and analytics
+ 2+ years of experience as a team lead
+ 5+ years of experience in handling complex data analytic projects independently
**Preferences:** -
+ Experience with predictive modeling
+ Hands on experience with python/R coding for data analytics
+ Experience with US Healthcare payor datasets
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (12:00 pm to 10:00pm IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to serve as a key contributor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DATA domain metrics within the Cybersecurity Information Protection Domain (IPD) function.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
+ Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management
+ Provide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security
+ Identify and direct information asset portfolio reconciliations and certifications
+ Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
+ Develop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards
+ Review draft and proposed control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required
+ Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders
+ Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Interact with internal customers
+ Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience in information security, risk management, governance, or reporting coordination
+ Strong understanding of metrics governance, reporting processes, and data quality principles
+ Experience supporting enterprise reporting frameworks, dashboards, or metric programs
+ Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and organizations to deliver consistent outputs
+ Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, completeness, and validation
+ Experience supporting audit, risk, or regulatory activities with documented evidence and traceability

+ Experience supporting Cybersecurity Dashboard (CS Dashboard) or similar enterprise reporting platforms

**Job Expectations:**
+ Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing all activities related to DATA domain metrics within the Executive Reporting Metrics and Analytics (ERMA) framework.
+ Act as the primary coordinator across all DATA domain metrics, partnering with metric owners across the Information Protection Risk Assessable Unit (IP RAU) and other RAUs to ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of metrics, supporting artifacts, and reporting outputs. This role may also serve as the Metric Owner or Delegate for select IP RAU-owned metrics.
+ Ensure audit readiness and governance effectiveness by maintaining strong controls over metric definitions, calculations, reporting processes, and supporting evidence. Success is defined by delivering consistent, high-quality metrics that meet enterprise standards for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and traceability.
+ Act as SME for DATA domain metrics, including governance, reporting, and ERMA-related activities
+ Coordinate across all metric owners (IP RAU and partner RAUs) to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely submission of metrics
+ Support end-to-end ERMA processes, including portal updates, reporting deliverables, and required governance activities
+ Serve as Metric Owner or Delegate for select IP RAU metrics, as applicable
+ Ensure all metrics meet enterprise standards for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
+ Maintain and validate supporting documentation and evidence to support audit, risk, and regulatory requirements
+ Monitor metric performance, identify discrepancies, and coordinate remediation actions with stakeholders
+ Ensure alignment between metric definitions, calculation logic, and reported outputs across platforms
+ Manage interactions with ERMA stakeholders, including coordinating updates, addressing questions, and supporting reviews
+ Support dashboard and portal updates related to DATA domain metrics within the CS Dashboard framework
+ Track and report status of metric submissions, issues, and dependencies across RAUs
+ Continuously improve metric processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and audit readiness
