+ Strong experience with LAMP stack - Linux OS, Shell scripting, Apache HTTP Server, MySQL database (optimization, stored procedures, tuning), PHP (server-side development, backend logic)
+ Proficiency in ETL scripting and automation using Python, PHP, and Perl.
+ Experience in production support, issue resolution, and deployment strategies
+ Exposure to incident management tools like Maximo Hands-on experience with GitLab: code versioning.
+ Experience working in a customer facing environment
+ Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working

Responsibilities
- You will own customers’ technical issues end to end giving you the opportunity to increase your technical knowledge as you learn from other teams
