- Apply current curriculum knowledge and contemporary pedagogy which facilitates a holistic PS-6 Performing Arts Program for successful learning and enhances the wellbeing of all students.
- Create a dynamic and flexible learning environment that is engaging, exciting and inclusive of all students.
- Demonstrate skills in managing, coordinating and conducting the School Performances and Liturgical singing.
- Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills in developing positive and collaborative relationships as a proactive and engaged staff member with colleagues, students and parents.
