Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads as lead generation is critical for company growth
- Formulate and execute sales plans with the sales team to generate leads, making cold calls to introduce Duowei products, and daily progress reports on work done during lead generation campaigns, seminars, pre-conference meetings, and outreach efforts
- Be responsible for sales of company products, including but not limited to animal medicine preparations, pesticides, vitamins, raw materials, and human medicine
- Develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers, and expand international markets through multiple channels while optimizing customer service systems to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research analysis, collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer voice needs to develop market strategies, adjust sales plans, and make first contact with inbound leads, secure follow-up meetings, attend seminars, conferences in regions globally
- Cold calling must be tenacious and hungry to succeed, generating sales
- Possess minimum requirements of a university degree preferably in business, marketing, or pharmaceutical chemistry related fields, more than 2 years of sales experience related to active pharmaceutical ingredients, including pesticide veterinary drug experience \/ul>

The role is responsible for timely testing of food and pharmaceutical products in accordance to the TGA and NATA approved methodology. The role also involves reporting of results, client liaison, new method development and validation.
Testing includes:
- Sterility testing and validation
- Endotoxin testing and validation
- Pharmaceutical testing
- Laboratory maintenance reagent preparation
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- 2+ years of laboratory experience in a similar role within the food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Degree with a Microbiology Major and/or equivalent
- Good aseptic technique in laboratory practice
- High level of analysis and skills in laboratory methods and operations
- Diligence in documentation of data and attention to detail
- A solid understanding of microbiological outcomes and results
