Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate, and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of effectively convincing and converting leads into long-term clients through informed engagement and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management and Conversion

• Engage and follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.

2. Client Communication and Education

3. Marketing and Community Outreach

• Provide feedback from clients and leads to refine marketing and sales strategies.

4. Reporting and Coordination

• Maintain accurate lead data, and communication logs in CRM tools.

• Prepare weekly performance and conversion reports for management review.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical, or premium service sales.

• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.

• Proven experience in lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversions.
