About The Role
The
Resource Planning Manager
is responsible for planning, forecasting, and managing resources across projects and business units. The role ensures optimal workforce utilization, alignment of skills with project needs, and effective capacity planning to support business growth and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Resource Planning & Allocation

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end resource planning process across multiple projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of resource availability, capacity, and skills.
  • Allocate resources based on business priorities, skills, and workload balancing.
  • Maintain and update the resource planning tool/system with accurate data on employee availability, assignments, and skills.

Forecasting & Workforce Management

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management, or related field.

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for planning and collaborating across functional roles to ensure appropriate skill sets for project delivery resources match assigned projects and workload.   6. Maintains online database, ensures maximization of all resources, tracks all databases, and assists to streamline all processes for customers.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
