**Purpose of the Role:**
+ This role provides **executional support to the FP&A function** , focused **on planning operations, data handling, and dashboarding within the SAP Analytics Cloud environment** .
+ **It's an individual contributor role** with high exposure to financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Must have hands on experience in building/developing Forecast & Budget templates** and running full planning cycle with annual budgeting and rolling forecast
+ **Oversee all FP&A operations e.g., Rolling Forecast, MI Packs, Business Partnering, monthly report production, financial results and variance reporting & commentaries of key business drivers.**
+ Ensure timely addressing of all ad-hoc queries with right resolution and managing client expectations around the same.
+ Proactively identifying, addressing and/or escalating any issues and ensuring proper risk-mitigation.
+ Support the business units in effectively maintaining good health of FP&A service delivery
**Success Metrics:**
+ Accuracy of data inputs and dashboard outputs
+ Timely delivery of reports and forecast updates
+ Reliability and responsiveness in stakeholder support
**Key Interfaces:**
**Internal** : Manager FP&A, Regional Finance Teams
**External** : FP&A Systems/Tech Support Team
**Required Experience & Skills:**
+ **5-7 years of FP&A or corporate finance** experience
+ **Proficiency in Excel,** reporting tools, and financial modelling
+ **Experience with process automation and continuous improvement** initiatives.

The **Business Process Mining Analyst** will play a pivotal role in implementing, scaling, and optimizing Business Process Mining (BPM) initiatives using **Celonis** across the organization. This role is critical to driving the successful adoption and maturity of Celonis to meet evolving business needs, accelerate time to value, and deliver measurable operational impact.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business process owners, subject matter experts, and IT teams to uncover inefficiencies, design data-driven solutions, and support automation and performance improvement initiatives.
The primary location for this role is **Bengaluru, India.**
**What You Will Do**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand operational goals and translate them into actionable Celonis use cases and technical requirements.
+ Identify and integrate data sources; develop performant, scalable SQL queries to support process mining and analytics.

The Senior Associate Business Analyst is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for working with internal and external clients to determine requirements and to define solutions to address business, process and systems problems, and improvements in the organization.
Working under supervision when needed, this role acts as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Acts as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions.
+ Supports the analysis, transformation and ultimately works towards resolving business problems with the help of technology.
+ Works with internal clients and applies best practice methodologies to determine business requirements and to define solutions to address business, process, information and system problems, improvements or change.
+ Delivers business projects in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
+ Proactively develops and deploys enhanced services and platforms, covering all the functional aspects from service/product definition through to build and deployment.
+ Ensures the identification and documentation of operational gaps including user guides, templates, test cases and related user training.
+ Assists with the resolution of issues pertaining to the service.
+ Adheres to and follow the relevant development and support processes.
+ Communicates and escalates if any issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues.
+ Takes responsibility for delivery of project elements under relevant guidance and supervision.
+ Performs any other related task as required.

**Academic qualifications and certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology or a related field.
+ Project management certification would be advantageous.
+ Professional in Business Analysis certification is preferred.
+ IIBA Membership required.
+ Relevant technology certification(s) required, such as ITIL.
**Required experience:**
+ Moderate level experience as a Business Analyst gained within a technology services environment.
+ Moderate level experience as a system administrator or developer would be advantageous.
+ Developing experience in and with all operational aspects of a Services business, preferably with a Systems Integrator.
+ Developing experience in the business requirement gathering, use case definition, process mapping and implementing new services and systems.
