- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in chemical process design.
- Extensive experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, Pro/II).
- In-depth knowledge of unit operations, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Proven experience in conducting HAZOP studies and other process safety assessments.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, API).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Experience in overseeing engineering teams is highly desirable.
