**Job Summary**:
*Responsible for the operation of the plant and the production of concrete hollow blocks, vent blocks, stone pavers and kerb stone to the operating capacity of the plant.
*Responsible for the operation, programming, re programming, testing, trouble shooting and correcting problems with the plant’s Siemens and Vacon control systems.
*Responsible for the product quality control and continuous improvement. Responsible for planned maintenance and repairs to the plant’s mechanical functions in collaboration with mechanical engineering and electrical / electronic personnel.
