**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain relationships and strong communication with the Technical and Business product owners, validation engineers, scrum masters and business analysts about PLM capabilities and solutions to ensure that all the stakeholders feel informed and engaged
+ Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations.
+ Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
+ Understand the decision-making process, workflows, and business and information needs of business partners and stakeholders
+ Work with Product Owners, Service Owners and/or delivery teams to ensure that requirements are well understood, translated to technical solutions that matches delivery commitments
+ Participate in stakeholder meetings, working with product owners, and solutions architect to ensure successful delivery

+ Hands-on experience with configuring and customizing solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer with hands-on experience in network product and protocol testing , as well as test automation using Python . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks, with the ability to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality, robust testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing of networking products and protocols.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based test automation scripts and infrastructure.
- Follow end-to-end QA processes including test plan design, execution, defect tracking , and reporting.
- Validate both Layer 2/3 protocols and application-level protocols under varied network conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment .
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years in QA/testing of networking products and protocol-level validation.
- Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of switching/routing , TCP/IP , L2/L3 protocols (LACP, STP, BGP, OSPF) , and application protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL, FTP) .
- Test Automation: Hands-on experience in Python scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with traffic generation tools (e.g., IXIA, Avalanche) and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).

The QA Tester gathers and analyzes data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements, enhancements, and plan and support direct supervisor in executing, training, and supporting the team. This will include writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, writing test plans and scripts for application development, information systems, and operations systems. The QA Tester exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. The QA Tester utilizes deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. The QA Tester focuses on providing thought leadership within Information Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
Responsibilities:
· Design and manage automation test framework and architecture, develop repeatable testing automation solutions that will effectively meet business requirements.
· Understand application workflow and work with business analysts, application team members, and Quality Analysts to integrate test scripts (smoke, system, regression, integration)
· Agile test automation development (In Sprint Automation), to create and maintain the test automation framework and test coverage to run effectively with CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, Git)
· Requirements and design review, risk-based analysis, test data creation and management, test package creation, and creation and maintenance of process documentation.
· Review requirements, create test plans/scripts, executing both automated and manual test scripts as required and providing status reports.
· Analyse formal automated test results to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
· Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, integration, regression and acceptance testing methods.
· As a member of the scrum team, closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members. The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members (Developers, Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore)
· Define test data conditions and partners and works closely with Data team to obtain the data.
· Must be able to identify and analyse issues and be able to determine severity and solutions, prioritize issues for resolution and able to conduct risk analysis at various levels.
· Ensure traceability between product requirements, delivered code, test case verification and regression coverage.
· Ensure Automation code is being built in such a way to optimize automation that implements best practices in line with latest industry standards in automation development, maintenance and management of test automation artifacts
· Adheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices
Required Experience:
· Minimum 7 years of software test automation framework and test design and test development experience, preferably hand on experience with different file formats (EDI, JSON, XML, Flat File).
· 5+ years of demonstrated experience in defining and implementing several test automation solutions leveraging one or more of the following: Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Java Rest API
· Experience with working knowledge in DevOps, Jenkins, Cloudbees, Git, Jira, Java, Web services etc. with knowledge on TestNG.
· Working knowledge of any of RDBMS and related concepts and SQL Database.
· Experience in Design, development and implementation of QA strategy
· Must have broad knowledge experience with testing and modeling tools, and change management and test case generation techniques

We are looking for exceptional software testers in our PBM Plus Technology Organization. This role will require a tester completing delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Engineering job family and will work on building test cases and automation scripts for Salesforce components in a secure Salesforce Sales Cloud application. They are expected to work closely with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business/customer requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and execute functional and automated test cases for Salesforce software applications
+ Develop reusable software test scripts using test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress.
+ Work closely with software engineers, technical product owners, and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into test plans
+ Review user stories and requirements to ensure testability and completeness
+ Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce components
+ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
+ Ensure test environments are properly set up and maintained
+ Implement and follow QA best practices and standards

**Qualifications**

The Lead Test (Quality Engineer) Analyst will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of designing and architecting manual testing and automation frameworks for both front end and backend for SAP S/4, SAP OTC using TOSCA
We are looking for a skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Tester with experience in TOSCA Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAP OTC processes and have a strong background in creating automated test scripts using TOSCA. You will play a critical role in validating end-to-end SAP OTC functionalities, ensuring the quality and stability of business-critical processes.
**Responsibilities**
**SAP OTC Testing:**
· Conduct functional, System Integration and regression testing on SAP Order to Cash (OTC) modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
· Validate integration points across SAP modules and with third-party applications.
· Review functional specifications and design test cases to ensure all requirements are covered.
