Key activities
- Support the process to Identify the scope of the remediation project deliverables and define the plans and reporting and governance structure within the programme boundaries.
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects including regular status progress reporting to the Regional Operations Board, Trade Spend SteerCo as well as the central PMO team.
- Manages issues, risks, escalations, and constraints for remediation projects supporting the larger projects as required (resources/ time/ budget)
- Preparing, administrating and following up of project meetings including RAID management
- Ensuring roles within the local regional remediation projects are clear (RACI) noting all projects may have different delivery models.
- Manages scope and expectations of the project and ensure scope changes are considered from resource and cost and time perspective to seek necessary approval within the programme governance structures.
- Ensuring that the Project team is adopting the prescribed Project Management Framework, including applicable standards and methods, and conducting Project Management training as required.
- Between remediation projects ensure learning from experience is disseminated across the regional PMOs
- Support the Regional Assurance team through their assurance cycle in particular to supporting the planning, organisation of information and regular reporting.
- Manages, supports, and reports on local remediation as required, including supporting communications, and reporting progress updates to the central PMO team and remediation committee.
- Oversees Subject Matter Experts' or other teams who are involved in components of project delivery when acting as project manager.
- Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
