We are looking for an IT Technical Program Manager who can work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create delivery plans against product roadmap, manage projects, good at facilitation and knows how to get the right people involved at any given time to solve problems, thereby providing rich experiences to life for our guests. Role Purpose:

We are looking for proactive engineering managers with 10+ years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills. Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.

Personnel and project management skills • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills • Proficiency to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously • Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus • Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product • Proficient in stakeholder management and conflict resolutions • Experience in fintech space is an advantage
