We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in UK pensions and policy administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK pension schemes (Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution), workplace pensions, and regulatory compliance, along with proven experience in people management, client relationship handling, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end UK pension processes including Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, SIPP, PPP, SSAS, FSAVC, drawdown, and workplace pensions .

Ensure compliance with FCA, HMRC, TRP regulations and guidelines.

Oversee policy administration activities such as state pension, life plan changes, payments, agent change/ownership, P60, P45, ISA processing .

Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring delivery on SLA commitments and maintaining high process efficiency standards.

Identify opportunities to streamline, transition, and optimize complex processes for improved outcomes.

Collaborate with clients to manage expectations, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Drive process excellence through continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.

Prepare and review reports related to compliance, SLAs, and performance metrics.
