Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in urban planning / management, Public Policy, Governance, and Social Sciences or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in public policy, preferably in housing, urban development, or governance.
Experience working with government agencies, multilateral institutions, or consulting firms.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital governance tools and data-driven policy design is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Legal drafting and legislative analysis.
Stakeholder engagement and consensus building.
Policy impact assessment and monitoring.
