About the Team:
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Political Intelligence team for the Andhra Pradesh region . Candidates will be involved in grassroots-level political analysis, supporting our client in strategic planning and outreach for upcoming political engagements.
This role requires a deep understanding of Andhra’s political landscape, fluency in Telugu , and the ability to engage with local stakeholders, including influencers and politicians.
What Would This Role Entail?
- Closely follow all the key political and socio-economic developments in their assigned region along with a broad view of the state’s and nation’s politics
- Conduct rigorous primary research through phone calls to influencers, focus group discussions, interviews and investigative methods to understand the social and political landscape of the region
- Use secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on the state and constituencies to convey past and current political scenarios and developments
- Interface with client-side individuals, following all relevant protocols
Necessary Skills:
- Educational qualification : Bachelor's degree and above
- Willingness to travel extensively and apply themselves
- Must be strong in data analysis, logical reasoning and reading comprehension
- Structured thinking and ability to logically structure documents
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India’s democracy
- Basic proficiency in the Oce suite and G suite software
- Ability to undertake and monitor multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery while working in a team environment
- Proficiency in Telugu is required. Additionally, proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Good to Have Skills:
- Understanding of Andhra Pradesh’s political landscape
- Exposure of working in fast-paced and dynamic environment

Position : Geopolitical Risk Analyst (GPRA) - (AMERICAS)
We are looking for 0–1-year experienced individuals to work as a Geopolitical Intelligence Analyst (GPRA) in the world of security and risk consulting.
Job Description:
- The GPRA will be responsible for:
- Gathering relevant information by utilizing multiple sources
- Monitoring security-related events taking place in specified geographical region Americas.
- Providing research and analysis for in-depth reports.
Technical Expertise & Other Requirements:
- The desired analyst must be experienced, energized, and motivated - able to multitask while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. All applicants must meet the following prerequisites:
- Master’s degree in the fields of Political Science, Security Studies, Journalism, International Relations, or Area Studies would be advantageous.
- High level English proficiency required. Knowledge of local dialects/ additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media and associated tools.
Work Hours:
- The position entails shift work (morning and evening).
- Alternate Saturdays working.
