**Purpose and Scope:**
As a Software Engineer - Portal Development of a team of individuals in a specific area of digital expertise, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components - Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution are about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focus on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. A Software Engineer - Portal Development focuses on the development, deployment, and integration of web portals. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the specific platforms that drive business functions such as Salesforce, Veeva, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning such as SAP), and Clinical, Regulatory, Patient Safety, Quality Management Solutions that support our business processes and operations. **Essential Job Responsibilities:**
+ **Software Development and Configuration** : Design, develop, and configure business applications/portals to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science
+ Minimum 3 years of strong Trackwise Digital Application knowledge and experience
+ Significant hand on experience with Salesforce Admin/Developer, Trackwise Digital Administration Knowledge, Integration, Lightening Experience and Reporting and Analytics
+ Strong coding skills in one or more of the following technologies, e.g., Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Dev Tools is a must Experience and expertise with Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB, .Net Framework, Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint forms creation is required.
+ Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of Quality and Regulatory business processes and how Salesforce and Veeva platform support these processes.

    Application Development Engineer

    Summary:

    The position is focused on products in the Polyurethane Slab Stock market segment applications. The Application Development Engineer (ADE) provides the technical expertise required to develop new businesses for existing and new Polyurethane additives products. The ADE must understand the needs of customers in the various Slab stock foam application, establish long-term relationships and deliver technical solutions. The location for this job is India and Subcontinents. Support Development activities at Chennai Application Lab.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Engage regular contacts with Slab Stock foam urethane additive customers in regards of technical inquiries and troubleshooting and suggest best use of Additives support sales by introducing existing & new Polyurethane products to customers and follow-up internal/external qualification work as well as gather market competitive intelligence including new technologies, market trends, IP opportunities, etc. • Execute and contribute to Application laboratory work required to identify and demonstrate additives solution to customer needs as well as planning and execution of project work closely together with Marketing, Commercial functions and with R&D Manager to identify new business opportunities to drive new growth for Momentive’s Urethane Additives business. • Deliver regular technical training on product benefit to sales & distributors as well as ensure that high safety standards are applied in all laboratory activities and comply to EHS regulations and practices • Work on RCCA for customer complaints.

    Qualifications:

    The following are required for the role

    MSc./MTech in chemistry or chemical engineering with 5-7 years of experience in production of polyurethane foam with specific applications in the Flexible Polyurethane industry in a technical role, including specific experience in production Slab stock/lamination/ Box foams,
