About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic, smart, and well-presented Field Sales Executives who can build and nurture strong relationships within the higher education ecosystem. The role demands a mix of strategic relationship-building, confident communication, and a strong grasp of technology — especially in AI, Cloud, and IT-based solutions .
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, Cloud, or IT solutions .
- Strong understanding of how Cloud and IT systems function , with a basic grasp of AI applications .
- Excellent presentation, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be confident and composed when interacting with senior academic leaders (VCs, Deans, Directors).
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
- Willingness to travel frequently across regions for client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
- basic understanding how cloud and IT function, Basic understanding of AI and Pitching skills
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Inside Sales (Work From Office-Hyderabad location)
About the Role:
We are looking for smart, energetic Inside Sales Executives who can think on their feet, communicate persuasively, and quickly capture the attention of decision-makers in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of AI-driven solutions and the education ecosystem, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with college administrators, department heads, and decision-makers across institutions.
- Pitch the company’s solutions effectively within the first few minutes of the conversation to build strong interest.
- Conduct remote demos and presentations of products and services with a clear understanding of their technical aspects.
- Work closely with field sales teams to close deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay informed about AI trends, educational technology developments, and competitor offerings.
- Travel occasionally for key client meetings or events when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services clearly.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in the education sector.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with field sales teams.
