Production Performance Analysis and Optimization:


a. Monitor field production performance against potential, analyze production deferrals and identify remedials.

b. Develop the well and network model using simulation software like OLGA, PIPESIM, PROSPER, GAP etc., analyze production performance and establish requirements to maximize production potential.

c. Identify and work on opportunities to enhance Well inflow & outflow and network production performance.

d. Evaluate and optimize production performance from artificial lifted wells (PCP, SRP, Gas Lift) within field constraints.

e. Support in developing mid-to-long-term production plans in line with business objectives.


Field Operations Support:


a. Advice operations team on production optimization opportunities.

b. Identify and support in preventing operational issues/ risks (i.E. hydrate, sand production, scale, wax etc.) that could lead to production downtime.

c. Support in formulating well interventions strategy for artificial lifted wells to sustain and enhance gas production.

d. Provide technical support in the planning and execution of innovative technologies to enhance production.


Technical Assurance and Compliance:


a. Support independent assurance on technical proposals for production management.

b. Support second line of defense, offering technical validation and risk assessments in line with industry standards and company policies.

c. Ensure that all new processes and technologies are aligned with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:


a. Work closely with multi-functional teams.
