**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Proven Hands-on experience in Power Platform Migrations.
+ Architect end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform in alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
+ Lead the design and development of custom applications, workflows, dashboards, and chatbots using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
+ Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems (via connectors and custom APIs).
+ Define technical standards, reusable components, and design patterns for scalable app development and automation.
+ Lead a team pf Power Platform SMEs
+ Support the creation of data models and common data services (Data verse) architecture to ensure data consistency and quality.
+ Stay abreast of Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend enhancements or adoption strategies accordingly.

**Who You Are**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
+ Deep hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows), Power BI, and Data verse.
+ Proficiency in solution architecture design and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform.
+ Strong understanding of security roles, data policies, DLP, and governance models within the Power Platform.
+ Knowledge of integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
+ Strong experience in building enterprise-grade business applications or automation workflows.
+ Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph API.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
