Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical power systems, including distribution networks, substations, and generation facilities.
- Perform detailed power system studies, including load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, transient stability, and arc flash studies.
- Develop protection schemes and select appropriate protective relays and equipment.
- Design and specify electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, motors, generators, and UPS systems.
- Incorporate renewable energy sources (solar, wind) into power system designs, considering grid integration challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Systems.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical power systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in power system analysis software such as ETAP, PSS/E, SKM PowerTools, or similar.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, IEC).
- Experience with renewable energy integration and grid interconnection studies is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
