**Description**
The Power Generation Analyst will support a broad range of studies and services to support power producers in making decisions backed by business and engineering analysis, such as condition assessments, asset due diligence and acquisition support, cost and performance benchmarking, feasibility studies, project development support including technology evaluations and site selection, asset management, decommissioning/demolition studies, and other power generation studies.
**Responsibilities:**
The Analyst will assist the project managers and lead aspects of project execution including analysis and engineering, schedule and deliverables, and quality management. The Analyst will support and lead both on-the-job and classroom training efforts for less experienced team members.
Assist project managers in the execution of projects. Lead aspects of project execution including data collection; engineering, financial, and technical analysis; maintain project schedule; develop key project deliverables including analysis, reports, and presentations; support the project manager in quality control of deliverables; analyze and communicate project status, risks, schedule, to project managers; assist in leading multi-discipline teams of engineers and analysts; plan, organize, and communicate project personnel needs to project and department management.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors in mechanical engineering or Master/P.G.D.C. with relevant subjects from the accredited program.
+ 0-2 years of related experience associated with electric utility operations, planning, or consulting.
+ Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
+ Proven ability to lead, educate, and train a team of engineers and analysts regarding power generation studies.

All incidents RCA & outcome actions closure All HSE issues related to Shopfloor & utility Support in Safety projects- UPS relocation, All ISO and Customer audits, actions for closure of NC's Open safety points closure: Shopfloor,utility, FG, MHE Utility battery repalcement as per life expectency, plan procure, install Disposal of utility scrap, used batteries Work closely with GEM leader, implement all applicable standards in maintenance Follow up and collect evidences and keep in folder HSE Audits participation and its open action implementation GRC audit participation and open action implementation Energy Audit participation and open action implementation IS015000 Auidit participation TPM audits internal TS audits participation and open action closure Customer audits and open action closure Inspector of factories visit coordination and open action closure

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Experience in Maintenance of Utility equipments e.g. DG, compressors, Air washers, Air dryers, Transformer,GOD,SF6 and Troubleshooting knowledge of UPS Systems, HT, LT equipments, energy conservation, Garrett Safety norms, Arc flash assessment , LOTO, confined space, ladders, chemical safety elements with Garrett industry standards like Kaizen, Poka yokes, 5S, TPM implementation

Experience and Education Required:

Qualification : ITI/Diploma Electrical license holder

 Experience : 4-5 years of experience

Job Description

The Maintenance Mechanic Executive is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rides, attractions, and facility equipment in the amusement park. This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of rides, attractions, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain amusement park facilities including motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all rides and attractions comply with safety and operational standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment.
- Work collaboratively with ride operators, electricians, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and emergency guidelines.
- Support park opening/closing procedures and special events as required.

Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Above 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in amusement parks, manufacturing, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and tools.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with amusement park ride maintenance or similar high-risk equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and welding.
- Familiarity with OSHA and amusement park safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
