As a PPC & Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across both search and social platforms. You'll use your expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms to deliver measurable results, from driving conversions to improving ROAS.
This role is hands-on and performance-driven, requiring a mix of analytical thinking, creative collaboration, and campaign management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant search platforms.
- Execute and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Analyse performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve results against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversions, engagement).
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copy, creatives, and formats that resonate with audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues, ensuring accurate tagging and reporting across platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to refine campaign strategies.
- Produce regular campaign reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimisation principles.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint preferred.
- Proven experience managing both PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results.
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and how to optimise towards them.
- Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
