We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bengaluru team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Process Manager - Risk Management Practice

We will count on you to:

  • Handling daily insurance related queries from client
  • Support with internal and external co-ordination for ongoing and any future claim
  • Supporting individual plant team with technical queries related to insurance or route the queries to proper channel internally for appropriate response to client
  • With resource stationed at client’s office, we have added benefit in relationship management with client
  • Support during routine endorsements
  • Following up with client on proposals under discussion’
  • Preparing weekly / monthly Dashboard on Claims
  • Follow-up with Insurers for Policy Copies / Endorsements etc
  • Maintaining the Portfolio Records
  • Maintaining the Claim MIS for Claims and follow up:
  • With the Client on the Pending Documentations
  • With the Underwriter for the claim status
  • With the surveyor for the inspection / survey reports

What you need to have:

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or a related field.

Insurance qualification is preferred

Experience

3+ years of Proven working experience in the insurance industry (General Insurance, non-health)

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental coordination.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

We are seeking a talented individual to join at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Chennai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


Vice President/ Senior Vice President – Risk Management Practice /Corporate Segment


We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for new business generation.
  • Responsible for cross selling of products with the existing clients.
  • Proficiency on claims advocacy and servicing.
  • Well versed with different insurers, their strength and weakness
  • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect’s issues and objectives.
  • Doing gap analysis of the existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating the same with the markets.
  • Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Deal with underwriters for client requirements
  • Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholder.


What you need to have:

  • 8+ years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
  • Experience in Insurance Companies/ Insurance Broking company, Financial Services industry ( Investment Banking, Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, etc focused on Corporate Solutions), Business Consulting Company.
  • Domain Knowledge required.
  • MBA from a reputed B - School

The Change Management Practice at Genpact works across industry sectors to support clients in delivering business transformation. As a key success factor to successful transformation and clients realizing business benefits, Change Management supports projects and programs, whether simple transitions, more complex transformations or implementation of new Operating Models within countries and globally. 
We often drive the key business relationships, focusing on business benefits and the challenges of making the change happen through people's transition. Typically, we work as multi-disciplinary teams, often working with clients. This includes working at some of the most senior levels within an organization, often mentoring clients at C-level on what they need to do to deliver change. We have presence, passion and impact at our core.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for experienced candidates with demonstrable experience across all industry sectors in delivering Change Management. We have several exciting, client facing roles for individuals with demonstrable experience delivering change programs.


Responsibilities
• Lead change management workstreams within broader consulting engagements and enterprise transformations.
• Apply expertise to help clients develop strategies for change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption. 
• Contribute to practice development initiatives around methodologies, tools, and emerging change techniques.
• Support recruiting and development of top change management consultants within our practice.
• Contribute change expertise and insights to pursue new client opportunities and strengthen proposals. 
• Foster an empathetic, collaborative culture focused on inclusion and human-centered change. 
• Participate in enterprise initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion tenets into change management delivery.
• Encourage adoption of the practice's methodologies, tools, and technologies across Genpact. 
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to build capabilities.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
 Years consulting experience leading complex organizational transformations and change programs for global companies. 
Previous consulting experience is required, preferably with Big4 or Business Process Offshoring/Onshoring competitors. 
 perience acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (C-suite experience ideal). 
 ccessful track record driving new business through articulating value propositions, proposal development, and sales pursuits. 
 pertise across domains including organizational design, talent management, HR/IT transformations, operating model transitions, and outsourcing.
xpertise in other consultancy competencies such as supply chain, Finance and Accounting, customer experience, cost reduction, digital transformation etc. 
 ssion for people-focused change management grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and respect for employees. 
 rong team leadership capabilities with a track record of developing high performing talent. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
 chelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
