Experience:
+ Experience in services of large Core banking systems
+ You are degree qualified from an accredited university with at least 3 years working experience in B2B Services and preferably working in the BFSI industry with a proven and quantifiable successful Services track record
+ Excellent written, verbal communication, strong organizational and time management skills

**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include:
+ Expand the contacts deep and wide within the customer organization
+ Lead and manage opportunities within longer selling cycles while driving short term revenue opportunities weekly.
+ Running large complex multi-year program across multiple divisions in the bank for a phase delivery option.
+ Defend/retain business of existing clients
+ Drive strategic and solution selling on large opportunities that are characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial, human resources issues related to the strategic and tactical direction of customers
+ Orchestrate between multiple departments to ensure a total solution is presented to the customer
+ Coordinate with regional and global counterparts
+ Establishes "C" level contact within opportunities and demonstrates a detailed understanding of both the prospects' sector and business drivers/challenges.
+ Deliver accurate business forecasting at a plus or minus 10% accuracy rate and maintain an appropriate value level Services funnel for future business
+ Construct bespoke customer ready presentations and proposals with the help of support teams, maintain CRM information with accuracy and integrity of data

Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years' experience in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Experience managing IT transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Highly strategic and analytical, possessing experience in solving business, product, and technical challenges and direct people management experience, leading high-performing service line teams including business operations and financial management.
- Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of complex customer experience and emerging technology strategies and solutions at scale supporting Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries and geographies.
- Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.

- Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Strong project management and resource management capabilities
- Financial acumen with P&L management experience
