Be responsible for both services sales enablement/execution and services delivery success for your accounts, focus on both quarterly bookings targets (for Professional Services & Training) and utilization targets
Own the services delivery roadmap (proposals, closing services opportunities and delivery)
Develop scope and associated SOWs for customer services engagements
Own, manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients
Manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives
Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up
Manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings and required meeting follow-ups

OUR IDEAL PRACTICE MANAGER WILL HAVE:
8+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects
Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our Kewdale team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week) . In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with staff, doctors and patients. You’ll also play an active role in business development, with a focus on expanding our Occupational Health services.

Drives a customer-focused culture and demonstrates and reinforces the highest level of customer service with all team members.
