Experience & Qualification Knowledge:
- Graduate Engineering (Mechanical) with 8-10 years of experience in maintenance department, preferably from gear industry.
- Organized person to ensure the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Strong technical competency.
- Computer literacy.
Job Purpose: Execute all activities relating to mechanical Preventive Maintenance to achieve Company objectives at the lowest possible cost and at the quality expectations established by company while maintaining a healthy, safe and clean work environment.
Roles & Responsibility
- Coordinate and perform routine & preventive maintenance activities on existing systems and equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting problems on machinery, HVAC, ETP, Generator, Compressor, RO plant, DM/Softener plant and refrigeration.
- Equipment Scheduling for ensuring proper testing, calibration & preventive maintenance.
- Spares Part Management.
- Ensure all the repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
- Improve up-time of equipment & reliability.
- Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR & % of breakdown.
- Handling of plant shutdown, major repair & PM task (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- Knowledge of POKA YOKE implementation & low-cost automation.
- Ability to lead cost saving initiatives in energy & maintenance spare parts.
- Analysis of plant breakdowns & addressing root causes.
- He shall possess an understanding of abnormality handling.
- Knowledge of TPM would be an added advantage.

Job Description
1 Should have knowledge of PCBA production processes like SMT THT and Testing
2 Knowledge of universal robots. Programing.
3 Knowledge of Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
4 In depth knowledge of PLC programing and editing.
5 Knowledge on vision based inspection systems.
6 Document and assist in the development of operating procedures, safety protocols, and technical manuals for Universal Robots and AGVs.
7 Provide regular reports on operational efficiency, downtime, and troubleshooting efforts to management
8 Collaborate with other departments to integrate automation, robotic and AGV systems into existing manufacturing or logistics workflows
9 Perform regular inspections and conduct preventive maintenance on the robots and AGVs to minimize mechanical failures
10 Program and adjust AGV routes and schedules based on production demands and operational requirements.
11 Should be willing to work in shifts.
12 Should have basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills for IT related issues.
