**Profile:Job Duty Description**:

- Identify ideal pricing structures by market research & analysis, perform competitor analysis on similar diamonds to determine and set prices after complete analysis of the stone’s characteristics.
- Creation and management of the implementation of price sheets, PPIF files, including price increases, and specific market analysis to align market price with profitability.
- Translate complex past sales data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and enhance pricing efforts.
- Pricing model development / cost analysis / pricing strategy development & implementation.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Fluent in English & Hindi with good communication skills for interacting with the team.
- Prior pricing experience in the Diamond Industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process & possession of Diamond Knowledge Certification from any reputable laboratory is an advantage.
- Passion for diamonds.
