Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for pre & post fixture operations including ocean freight negotiations.
  • Co-ordinating with clients & vessel owners and preparing charter parties.
  • Co-ordinating or shipping of OOG /over dimensional/Heavy Breakbulk or project cargo movements.
  • Key Clients Management & consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers.
  • Ensuring service development to improve customer satisfaction and productivity and retention.
  • Preparing & finalizing commercials for OOG /over dimensional/Heavy Breakbulk or project cargo.

    What you'll do

    We're looking for someone to build out and run the services delivery arm of Commenda's transfer pricing product and double as a generalist helping coordinate service delivery across our Operations team. You will also work closely with the Product team to improve our in-app experience for transfer pricing.
