- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
- Experience with various inspection and testing equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
