**Your New Role** **:**
Senior Privacy Analyst will contribute to privacy compliance of Warner Bros. Discovery products and applications through a combination of planned compliance initiatives e.g. annual audit, attestation and hands-on testing of privacy functionalities across web, mobile, and CTV platforms
**Your Role Accountabilities:**
**STRATEGY**
+ Work with Senior Manager, Privacy Assurance and Compliance Remediation to determine yearly compliance testing schedule.
+ Create and update project plans in Confluence.
+ Assist with developing and defining new and improved workflows.
+ Ensure alignment of compliance testing with other teams within the wider organization.
**OPERATIONS / COMPLANCE TESTING**
+ Perform manual testing of privacy features across websites, mobile apps, and CTV platforms.
+ Execute geo-specific validations for applications using various tools.
+ Respond to ad hoc testing requests and document findings in a structured and timely manner.
+ Maintain and update test cases, procedures and results in shared documentation formats (e.g., Share point, Confluence).
+ Support automation and innovation initiatives aimed at reducing operational effort through RPA and AI technologies.
+ Create and manage JIRA tickets to track and drive remediation of privacy-related risks identified during testing or audits.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to remediate any findings.
+ Develop privacy guidance for remediation to provide to stakeholders if required.
+ Use Web Developer Tools in Firefox and Chrome to inspect/audit network traffic and cookies in order to detect, analyze and report on unexpected cookie and network activity that may cause data/information to be sent or made available to third parties.
+ Analyze structured data by looking for patterns using Excel.
+ Support and coordinate the efforts of a team of 3+ data and privacy professionals.
Provide input, track progress, and ensure alignment with privacy compliance goals.
**Qualifications & Experiences:**
+ 5+ years of professional experience
+ Experience in manual testing or privacy compliance testing.
+ Familiarity with privacy concepts such as cookies, tags, SDKs, and consent frameworks.
+ Ability to use Jira, Confluence, OneTrust, and Smartsheets.
+ Understanding data platforms and products (websites, mobile apps, streaming services, data repositories) in the entertainment/telecom sectors
+ Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
+ Ability to articulate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
+ Capable communicator (written and verbal) who regularly presents in front of senior leadership
+ Proven ability to persuade, build consensus and work on a collaborative team with all levels of management, internally and externally
+ Exceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
+ Advanced MS Office skills
+ Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
**Not Required but preferred experience:**
+ Experience in privacy or related field at any of the following: global entertainment company, data driven technology or media company, top tier management consulting firm
+ Privacy compliance knowledge, working with key regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc).
+ Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services
+ Familiarity with browser inspection tools (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) for analyzing cookies, network requests, and tag behavior.

The Enterprise Data Strategy team, in Credit and Fraud Risk Management is responsible for optimizing risk decisions through the lifecycle by identifying, testing, and integrating internal data with external data assets. The team manages strategic global relationships and data strategy for key third party data providers and contribution policy with external data partners (including credit bureaus) to support risk products in prospecting, new accounts, customer management, and collection practices. The team also serves as a critical channel for the exploration of new data opportunities for the firm.
The incumbent would be part of the Enterprise Data Strategy team based in Gurgaon and reporting into Sr. Manager - International Commercial Data Strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis on third-party vendor data to drive bureau/alternate data strategy, manage strategic Commercial data relationships and will partner closely with modeling, strategy, and risk product teams to drive innovative solutions and solve challenges.
Analyst will be responsible for data analysis to challenge the status quo, identifying use cases for leveraging external data and will serve as a critical point for exploration of new data opportunities in Commercial.
1. Drive Commercial data strategy across the customer lifecycle through structured and risk-based principles.
2. Explore traditional and alternative Commercial credit data/services.
3. Be responsible for data mining, analytics, research, and capabilities development supporting regulated data (e.g. credit bureau information) and non-regulated data (e.g. aggregated or vertically compiled) to support Change Management, Operational Risk Events, and Strategic Decisions.
4. Interacting and collaborating with partners across multiple lines of business including credit risk, fraud risk, market risk, capabilities, compliance, operations to develop, implement and optimize the Commercial data strategies including new third-party data vendor onboarding and existing products.
5. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements through robust risk policies
6. Periodically review cases to identify modeling/strategy opportunities and improve customer experience.
7. Evaluate new external data sources like Open banking, financials, credit bureau, Insurance, Firmographics, digital, etc. to improve risk models/strategies.
8. Closely partner with external data vendors, internal capabilities, and internal Commercial risk teams to ingest new data sources for models/strategies.
9. Drive profitability through advanced analytical techniques.
