Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
- Providing specialized instruction tailored to the unique learning styles and abilities of each student.
- Collaborating with general education teachers to integrate students into mainstream classrooms and provide necessary support.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Relevant certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher in India. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with children with special needs. Strong knowledge of IEP development, special education law, and pedagogical approaches for diverse learners. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with various learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. Familiarity with educational technology and remote learning tools is a plus. This hybrid role requires flexibility and a commitment to student success.
