We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO with experience in design or digital consulting environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, financial coordination, and project oversight capabilities across global teams.



Key Responsibilities:



Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage end-to-end project coordination and client communications across geographies.
  • Handle interview scheduling, demand fulfillment, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure timely account setup and training compliance tracking for new hires.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

    We are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

    **Role Overview:**
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Business Analyst / Data Analyst** to support our Infrastructure Services function. The role will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements, interpreting infrastructure data, preparing insights, and enabling decision-making for stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Operations, and IT leadership teams to improve service delivery, optimize processes, and ensure data-driven governance.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    **Business Analysis (Infrastructure Focus):**
    + Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements related to infrastructure services (network, cloud, servers, end-user computing, etc.).
    + Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements.
    + Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within infrastructure operations.
    + Support project teams with requirement validation, test case reviews, and change management.
    **Data Analysis:**
    + Collect, clean, and analyze infrastructure-related data (incident trends, capacity, performance, utilization, financial spend).
    + Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
    + Provide insights to support decision-making for capacity planning, service optimization, and cost management.
    + Automate recurring reporting and improve data accuracy and consistency across systems.
    **Governance & Reporting:**
    + Support infrastructure governance forums with actionable insights and data packs.
    + Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and anomalies.
    + Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment between actual costs, forecasts, and cost models.
    **Required Skills & Competencies:**
    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    + Proficiency in **Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau** for data manipulation and visualization.
    + Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent) and infrastructure monitoring data.
    + Ability to document processes, workflows, and business requirements.
    + Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    + Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains (cloud, servers, storage, networking, EUC) preferred.
    **Qualifications & Experience:**
    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
    + 2-5 years of experience in **Business Analysis** or **Data Analysis** (preferably within IT Infrastructure / Technology Services).
    + Exposure to ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks is desirable.
    + Experience in financial / cost analysis of IT services will be an added advantage.
