**Your role and responsibilities**
As Process Analyst - Recruitment, you collaborate with partners to deliver comprehensive recruitment support. You will closely engage with the client, IBM's operations management, and staff.
Your primary responsibilities include:
· Take partial ownership of the sourcing life cycle, ensuring process adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) as appropriate, and taking actions where necessary to drive success.
· Your responsibilities include defining, developing, planning, and executing sourcing strategies to establish a qualified talent pool.
· Assess candidate suitability and implement innovative sourcing methods for lead generation.
· Collaborate with the business head to establish Global Delivery Centre goals.
· Utilize ATS for screening, maintain detailed selection criteria, update candidate status regularly, and perform additional duties as needed by management.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· Graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sourcing and recruitment experience (preferably in ITES/BPO/FA and RPO setup is preferred).
· Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the requisition, sourcing, debriefing, and offer stages.
· Proficient in utilizing social media and other creative sourcing channels for effective candidate acquisition.
· Demonstrated expertise in partner management, including handling challenging conversations effectively.
· Develop in-depth knowledge in Talent Acquisition and other HR-related domains, comprehend business strategy, and foster innovation.
· Possess a consultative approach, passionate about recruitment with a non-transactional mindset.
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be an advantage.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Self-directed and ambitious achiever, meeting targets effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our financial processes through digital transformation. You will be responsible for designing functional reports, implementing innovative solutions, and enhancing the efficiency of our financial operations using various tools and technologies.
- Develop functional designs for financial reports to be created in SAP and dashboards to be created.
- Implement and manage the Financial Closing Cockpit to streamline financial close processes.
- Create functional designs for applications in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) using SAP tables and assist team in understanding relevant data sources for different solutions.
- Support functional design for automation solutions for business processes using tools such as macros, KNIME, UiPath, or other automation platforms.
- Analyze existing processes (as-is) and design improved future-state processes (to-be) across various tools and technologies.
- Conduct process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies and issues in financial processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for automation and process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on new tools and processes.
- Document processes, requirements, and changes for compliance and reference purposes.
- Assist in the development of business cases to justify process improvements solutions and tools required.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.
- Perform functional testing of Generative AI-related solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's/ master’s degree in finance (B.com/M.com), Business Administration (BBA, MBA), or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) financial process analysis and designing of solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, with prior experience as an SAP FI consultant or process analyst in finance who has worked with SAP.
- Experience with process mining tools, such Celonis, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation methodologies is a plus but not mandatory
- A strong digital quotient and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and open to new challenges and thrive in dynamic conditions.

+ Responsible for addition, update, and maintenance of the Configuration Item (CI) types, CI attributes, and CI relationships in the CMDB
+ Defines and documents the processes and procedures for creating and maintaining CIs and CI data
