**Desired Qualifications**:
- 6+ Months, Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, in Banking Domain
- Comprehensive understanding of business procedure writing and understanding of Change management methodology.
- Perform timely closure of change related activities on change records submitted.
- Review procedure source documents for each individual change and ensure procedures are complete, accurate, and clear based on the change.
- Communicate clearly through written communication the actions needed from change owners to resolve points that do not meet the policy requirements.
- Work closely with Business owners, control user roles (operational risk consultant, Compliance owners) on procedure accuracy.
- Strong verbal & written communication skill

+ Experience in the SAP S/4 Hana environment for Finance applications.
+ Having domain experience of working in manufacturing organization
+ Experience on Material Ledger / Actual Costing is desirable
+ Experience on S/4HANA Account Based PA, Material Ledger would be an added advantage
+ Knowledge in ABAP debugging would be an added advantage

Job Overview
We're seeking a Business Processes Assistant to handle basic office processes and data research for our Philippines-based company. This is a remote position with early morning hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic office processes and administrative tasks
- Conduct data research and compile reports
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Support daily business operations
- Assist with process documentation
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong Excel and data research skills
- Excellent English communication
- Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection
- Available for a 4 AM - 2 PM IST schedule
Preferred:
- QuickBooks and/or Xero experience (advantage)
- Previous remote work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
