Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Optimize production methods to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with production teams, quality assurance, and R&D to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Develop and manage process improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Train production staff on new or improved processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the design and validation of new products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing process development and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
• Experience with various manufacturing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with quality control systems and procedures.
• Proven ability to implement successful process improvements.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
