Responsibilities
- Preparing quotation/PI (Proforma invoice) which includes Excel formatting, calculation of pricing & margin as per direction of respective sales persons, & updating pricing database.
- Case locking with vendors and opportunity filtration as per vendor.
- Stock Transfer - responsible for PAN India stock transfer and ensure availability of product required at any location.
- Follow up with other departments for Order Delivery.
- Negotiation with vendors & capable to achieve the target set by reporting manager.
- Taking quotes from various vendors & distributors for comparative study to finalize the best cost.
- Negotiate price, terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Tracking material status with the Disti & vendors for timely delivery to client locations.
- Communicative with OEM, Disti & Local vendors for arrangement of material.
- Sourcing new vendors for IT products.
- Maintaining the Tracker of all the executed & pending orders on daily basis.

- Strong understanding of steel grades, standards, market dynamics, and logistics implications.
- Proficient in procurement platforms (SAP, Coupa, Zoho, etc.) and Excel-based analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA is a plus.
