Business & Team: Financial Services provide specialist services, to both customer-facing and customer-supporting teams, in the areas of finance, audit, treasury, tax, property, and procurement. We also manage the relationships with our shareholders and debt investors.

Group Procurement sits within Financial Services. We are the Group-wide centralised function responsible for all activities across the supplier lifecycle, including development of commercial strategies; sourcing and contract execution; supplier and relationship management; supplier governance, policies, and risk; and purchasing, invoicing and payment. Within Group Procurement the Technology and Operations team works collaboratively across Group Procurement's operating functions. We provide support and services that ensure the effective and efficient delivery of business value and mitigation of risk. The key functional areas within the team are Source-to-Contract support; Buying Channels and Enablement; Digital Procurement; Operations Service Desk; Travel Operations; and Technology Delivery.

Impact & Contribution: As an Analyst of Contracts Service Centre, you will be part of the Group Procurement - Procurement Services Centre (PSC) team. This Analyst role is accountable for executing and managing contracts through the Contract Execution Process. Group Procurement delivers benefits and mitigates risk to enable our customers to achieve their business goals. We do this through applying specialist knowledge across the procurement lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contract Signing Compliance-

  • Manage Contract execution Request (CER)
  • Checking the completeness of the CERs (Approvals, compliance etc.)
  • Engage with category managers to understand the contract hierarchy
  • Create contract workspace as per the hierarchy shared by category managers
  • Update and maintain accurate information in the existing contract workspaces

Process Improvement & Team Support-

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Support team with Ad hoc projects, testing during automation of internal process's / tools

Risk Management-

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and risk processes
  • Follow appropriate process and governance to address all aspects of risk
  • Ensure that you comply with Group policies and procedures and any relevant external legislative requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Should have working experience of 3 to 5 years in sourcing and contracting process with a customer serving mind-set
  • Hands on Experience on contract interpretation and negotiation and good knowledge of Procurement Compliance
  • Good knowledge of Ariba Source to Contract Module, contract workspace creation and understanding of contract hierarchy
  • Ability to think laterally and develop new and innovative solutions to problems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, as one team
  • Experience in a professional corporate environment with excellent time management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of DocuSign

**Summarized Purpose:**
Acts as a liaison and support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies' lifecycle (i.e., receipt, storage & handling, shipment & delivery, return & and accountability, destruction coordination) for assigned studies.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Completes the day to day operations of managing the study drug, comparators, and ancillaries.
+ Coordinates with vendors and assists with vendor management manage vendors when clinical supplies services are required to be outsourced.

+ Completes ongoing training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies and GxP activities.

**Required Education and Experience:**

Given the scale, the business is run on data and metrics on instock, revenue, traffic, profitability, promotions and other customer experience and financial metrics. The VMA owns all these metrics for their business and their brand partners. Everyday the VMA will spend significant time on reviewing and analysing data of their business and partners basis which they arrive at their action plan. Hence the role requires reasonably good analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.

The VMA will engage with brand partners to secure selection, best offers for our customers and consistent supplies. This will require aligning brand partners on commercial and operational matters and hence will require VMA to be adept at negotiation skills.

Basic Qualifications:

Designation: Vendor Management Associate

Clicktech is expanding its Retail business and looking for a smart and ambitious individual based in Bangalore to enable new partnerships with vendors. Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate and on-board and train brand partners for Clicktech: This will require Vendor Management Associate (VMA) to reach out to new vendors through email, calls and in person meetings explaining the advantages and benefits of partnering with clicktech.

VMA owns scaling up their brands revenue and meeting profitability makers. They are the owners of brands’ voice within Clicktech.

VMA owns, runs, grows their business worth Millions of Rupees and usually from thousands of products. Given the scale, the business is run on data and metrics on instock, revenue, traffic, profitability, promotions and other customer experience and financial metrics. The VMA owns all these metrics for their business and their brand partners. Everyday the VMA will spend significant time on reviewing and analysing data of their business and partners basis which they arrive at their action plan. Hence the role requires reasonably good analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.

The VMA will engage with brand partners to secure selection, best offers for our customers and consistent supplies. This will require aligning brand partners on commercial and operational matters and hence will require VMA to be adept at negotiation skills.

VMA actively write, present their brands’ performance and seek support from internal stakeholders (e.g. vendor management team, finance, supply chain) to deliver brand growth and a great experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably in those that involve strong analytical skills e.g. engineering, MBA

• Comfort in working with data and spreadsheets

• Good oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory and a working knowledge of spoken Hindi is desirable.

• Preferred experience in data-driven business operations processes

• Experience in sales operations, business development and account management in consumer facing industries is preferred

• Good Negotiation Skills

• Experience working on process improvement methodology like Six Sigma, Kaizen etc. is a plus

Experience in procurement processes such as placing PO, working on lead time and knowledge is a plus
