Conducting & participate in review meetings, document minutes of meetings/action items, and initiate necessary follow-ups to meet on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery.

Conducting the Kick-off / Stage gate review meetings / Tech Transfer meetings with respective CFT team for the alignment & execution of New Products.

Conducting weekly review meeting with the Marketing / BD to discuss the New Products status update

Coordinating with External Analytical labs for the Analytical services.

Coordinating between the RA, R&D, SCM, QA, plant teams, and CFT team to ensure timely address the Regulatory and Customer queries.

Coordinating between the BD, R&D and CFT team to facilitate the seeding of API samples to customers.

Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and impact analysis to identify and address delays or bottlenecks.

Having the good communication skills, good knowledge in preparation in presentations.
