**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Tech-savvy mindset** - ability to understand and explain software solutions clearly.
- Comfortable using **Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual demo tools**.
- **Problem-solving attitude** and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- **Basic understanding of facial recognition, biometric attendance, or related technologies** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in **education, corporate HR, or SaaS domains** is a plus.

About your role
How good is a freebie? Demonstrating & Sampling in stores is how we connect with shoppers wanting to try something new. When you’re part of the Extravert team you have an opportunity to work on a multiple of campaigns & different programs. As with all our roles, this one would suit an outgoing individual who loves talking to people (& giving away free stuff!).
ROLE SPECIFIC : Working predominantly in grocery & liquor locations , you will be trained on how to engage with customers & sample new & exciting products. Shifts are available from Wednesday to Sunday (approx 4hrs per shift). Multiple shifts per day of you want them & there’s also the opportunity to work on BIG outdoor events. The role will include some administration work, entering a shift report via an iPad/smart device.
What you’ll need!
- Full Australian working rights (work VISA accepted)
- Available to work Wednesday to Sundays (4hr shifts) – not every day, we’re flexible!
- Friendly & approachable communication & influencing skills
- Must have current drivers license & a reliable car (you will have some equipment to transport)
- Previous experience in retail sales or face to face sales (customer service) would be a benefit, but not required
