You will interact with relevant internal stakeholders and the crypto industry's leading companies, protocols and infrastructure providers.
The ideal candidate will be part of high-impact conversations. From early ideation through to launch — across everything from custody, staking, coin selection, tokenization to payments, platform strategy, and more. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with a senior leader in innovation, gain exposure to C-level discussions, and make a tangible mark on how a Digital Asset Bank grows. Your AMINA To-Do List- Help shape and track innovation workstreams and product experiments.
- Build and manage documentation, timelines, and next-step trackers.
- Own follow-ups and ensure progress across different initiatives.
- Support in preparing internal and external decks, presentations, and briefs.
- Conduct research into digital asset trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Coordinate across functions: Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales, Compliance, Operations and Engineering.
- Manage meeting cadences, summaries, and action items.
- Build structure around day-to-day priorities, blockers, and to-dos.
- Create feedback loops for internal and external stakeholders prior and post product launches.
- Calculate business cases and put together go-to market plans.
- 3–5 years of experience in a structured role (e.g., project coordination, business operations, product assistant, consulting, etc.)
- 1-3 years working with crypto-related topics (e.g. crypto/fintech startup, protocol, service provider).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Google Suite / Office365, Figma, Product Board, Trello.
- Ability to simply complex topics and workflows, representing them visually.
- Confident Ai prompt engineer.
- Exposure to working with remote/global teams is a big plus.
- BONUS: EVM/Rust coding experience, hackathon participation, obsessive over what's coming up on the horizon.
- Fluent in English, and comfortable working with international counterparts.
- Well-organized — you think in steps, checklists, and workflows.

- Leading CFT (Cross Function Team) team comprising Design, Marketing, Service, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering functions for the development of B2C (Sofa, Dining, & Mattress) & B2B (Seating) products.
- Ensuring timely product launch.
- Responsible for Pre-pilot and Pilot development at locations as per CCPM (Critical Chain Project management) plan.
